Fox Counseling, PLLC is a mental health counseling service founded by Dr. Joy Fox, a professional counselor with extensive experience in administering evaluations related to mental health, cognitive issues, and other neuropsychological problems. Dr. Fox specializes in working with adults aged 18 to 120, including individuals with cognitive impairments, and those involved in the criminal justice system. The primary goal of Fox Counseling, is to help individuals work through their court ordered treatment so they can lead more productive lives. Additional objectives include assisting people in developing better boundaries and managing anger. She works closely with men who have committed sex offenses through Parole and is recognized by the Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) as a treatment provider, evaluator, and supervisor.
She also works with Mindful Therapy Group primarily as a supervisor for LPCCs, while they gain experience before licensing.
